Flexibility and adaptability are essential as you navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a key point of contact for the sales team, addressing their ad-hoc requests related to Salesforce and data management. - Take ownership of resolving inquiries through Salesforce cases, ensuring prompt responses and high satisfaction. - Review and maintain audit dashboards to monitor key metrics and data quality. - Clean and update records to uphold data integrity. - Assist with data upload requests and deduplication. - Complete special RevOps projects assigned through Trello. - Work under deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently. **Qualifications and Skills:** - 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Service within a sales environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel. - Experience with Zoominfo/Ringlead preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and operational excellence. - Excellent written and communication skills.
