Job Description

As Head of Revenue Generation (Sales) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, leading a team of Business Development Managers, and driving market expansion for our IoT gateway solutions. These solutions include temperature, humidity monitoring, door monitoring, GPS/logistics tracking, and school safety solutions. Your role will involve strategic leadership aimed at scaling revenue, developing sales strategy, and strengthening enterprise relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDMs across 3 business verticals: Logistics, Cold Chain, and School - Build and execute sales strategy, Go-To-Market plans, and achieve revenue targets - Drive enterprise sales, acquire key accounts, and establish channel partnerships - Utilize market networks to penetrate target industries and expedite deal cycles - Monitor sales funnels, forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards - Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful deployment - Represent the organization at industry forums, exhibitions, and CXO-level meetings - Establish processes, SOPs, and scalable sales frameworks **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of B2B sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in leadership/managerial roles - Demonstrated success in IoT, SaaS, Industrial Automation, Telematics, Cold Chain, or Logistics tech - Strong network within supply chain, warehousing, fleet/logistics, food & pharma cold chain, and institutional sectors (schools preferred) - Experience in managing field sales teams and driving growth across multiple verticals - Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities - Entrepreneurial mindset, target-focused, and comfortable in rapidly scaling environments **Additional Details:** - Vertical Focus: - Logistics: Fleet & asset tracking, GPS/telemetry, analytics - Cold Chain: Temperature, humidity, door monitoring, compliance - School: Student safety, bus tracking, attendance & monitoring solutions The position is based in Navi Mumbai, Vashi, with a package of up to 12 lakhs per annum fixed, along with performance incentives and conveyance. **Benefits:** - Health insurance - Provident Fund This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.
