Job Description

As Head – Revenue Generation (Sales), you will own the entire sales function, lead a team of Business Development Managers, and drive market expansion for our IoT gateway solutions including temperature, humidity, door monitoring, GPS/logistics tracking, and school safety solutions.This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling revenue, developing sales strategy, and strengthening enterprise relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDMs across 3 business verticals

Logistics | Cold Chain | School

  • Build and execute sales strategy, GTM plans, and revenue targets
  • Drive enterprise sales, key account acquisition, and channel partnerships
  • Leverage market networks to penetrate target industries and accelerate deal cycles
  • Review sales funnels, forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with product & operations teams for deployment success
  • Represent the organisation at industry forums, exhibitions, and CXO-level meetings
  • Establish processes, SOPs, and scalable sales frameworks

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience (minimum 3 years in leadership/managerial roles)
  • Proven success in IoT / SaaS / Industrial Automation / Telematics / Cold Chain / Logistics tech
  • Strong network across supply chain, warehousing, fleet/logistics operators, food & pharma cold chain, and institutional sectors (schools preferred)
  • Experience managing field sales teams and driving multi-vertical growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, target-focused, and comfortable with rapid scaling environments

Vertical Focus

  • Logistics: Fleet & asset tracking, GPS/telemetry, analytics
  • Cold Chain: Temperature, humidity, door monitoring, compliance
  • School: Student safety, bus tracking, attendance & monitoring solutions

Location: Navi Mumbai – Vashi.Package: Upto 12L per annum fixed + performance incentives + conve

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
