Job Description

The Cloud Subscription Data Management (CSDM) owns the Global Subscription plan details of all cloud customers. The team manages creation and maintenance of subscription plans as well as performing a number of other critical activities to support cloud renewals, new business and other core activities to speedup Oracles revenue recognition. CSDM team is part of Customer Data Operations group which is focused on improving overall customer experience by improving data quality, further standardizing and simplifying the global customer data processes and enabling us to provide one consistent view of our customers. Focus on enhancing customer experience by imbibing Agile, Willingness to change status quo, Accountable, Responding with Sense of Urgency & Engaging for building Trust - AWARE values
Drive engagement with various team within Finance/OAL/MQS/CloudFramework (CF) to get the issue resolved, works on RCA and put a permanent fix on the cause.
Job Responsibilities
  • Independently lead an escalation and projects, provide update to stakeholders and executives
  • Drive UAT/Process improvement Project, ability to identify gaps in the End to End process & report to business
  • Sound knowledge on the Quote to Cash process and Cloud business must
  • Identify and push for process improvement/ automation wherever required
  • Ability to transit from transactions to RCA mode
  • Knowledge of handling processes on Order Mgmt, AR, Cloud Ops, Provisioning is must
  • Provides expert process knowledge support to team on queries coming up for Provisioning, Terminations, Customer Data, etc
  • Experience in Fusion Business intelligence would be an added advantage
  • Able to provide metrics/data as per the requirement
  • Represent the organization for any cross functional initiative
  • Ensure adequate back-up planning for all critical positions
  • Assist and guide team members who need support on floor
  • Own the Process Documentation by ensuring all the desk manuals is updated
  • Collect, input, verify and analyze data to validate actual practice versus business objectives thus helping with internal audit parameters and defining scope for improvement.

Basic Requirements
  • Any Graduate with 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Flexible to work in shifts
