About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Returns Manager to lead and manage our entire product returns and dispatch operations. This position will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing all activities related to product returns from e-commerce marketplaces and other sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid technical background in electronics or power tools, and proven experience managing teams and processes in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall returns department and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage and guide the team of supervisors and coordinators handling returns.
• Develop and implement procedures for product inspection, categorization (repair, resale, scrap), and documentation.
• Monitor repair, replacement, and disposal workflows in coordination with service and warehouse teams.
• Track and maintain centralized data on all returned items, stock movement, and product conditions.
• Analyze return patterns and provide reports on return trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Logistics to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
• Train and mentor the returns team for continuous performance improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Education: Diploma/ITI or Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in service operations, or warehouse management (preferably in electronics, power tools, or consumer durables)
