We are seeking a skilled Retool Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Retool Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and building internal applications that streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will enable teams across the organization to manage workflows effectively and make data-driven decisions with well-crafted tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement internal tools using the Retool platform to address business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and build user-friendly applications.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into Retool applications to ensure seamless functionality.
• Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing technical support for Retool-based tools.
• Stay updated with new features and best practices for the Retool platform and implement them accordingly.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and training materials for new tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building applications with Retool along with any other similar low-code platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration.
• Strong understanding of data structures and relational databases.
• Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
