Job Title: RPO Recruiter Domestic Hiring Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience Required: 3 to 4 years Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / RPO About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated RPO Recruiter to support our domestic hiring operations for key clients. This role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model , offering flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Work as an embedded recruiter within client environments, managing end-to-end domestic recruitment processes. Understand job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and client expectations thoroughly. Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking to fill open positions within stipulated timelines. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate client interviews. Ensure high-quality candidate experience and manage offer negotiation and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the ATS or client recruitment system. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure recruitment aligns with business goals. Provide regular updates and reports to internal and client stakeholders. Meet hiring targets, TATs, and other SLA-driven metrics.
