The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining monitoring and enhancing production systems built using .NET technologies and Power BI. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues ensuring system stability and supporting business intelligence reporting needs
.NET Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for .NETbased applications and overnight batch processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to web and desktop applications.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
Maintain logs documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
Work with job scheduling tools eg ESPTivoli and Windows Services.
