Role & responsibilities Retool Sr Developer Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a skilled Retool Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Retool Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and building internal applications that streamline processes and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will enable teams across the organization to manage workflows effectively and make data-driven decisions with well-crafted tools. Key Responsibilities Develop, design, and implement internal tools using the Retool platform to address business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and build user-friendly applications. Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into Retool applications to ensure seamless functionality. Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and usability. Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing technical support for Retool-based tools. Stay updated with new features and best practices for the Retool platform and implement them accordingly. Document technical specifications, workflows, and training materials for new tools. Qualifications Proven experience in building applications with Retool along with any other similar low-code platforms. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration. Strong understanding of data structures and relational databases. Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
