Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle & Retention Strategy

• Own the end-to-end customer retention strategy across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows:
• Welcome series
• Abandoned browse / cart / checkout
• Post-purchase & replenishment
• Cross-sell & upsell
• Win-back & reactivation
• Loyalty & VIP journeys

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute weekly and monthly campaigns aligned with drops, sales, and collections
• Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, RFM, and engagement
• Ensure consistent brand voice and fashion-forward storytelling

Channel Execution

• Email: Campaigns, automations, deliverability, A/B testing
• SMS: Time-sensitive promos, drops, reminders, compliance
• WhatsApp: Broadcasts, conversational commerce, order updates, retention nudges

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and optimize key metrics:
• Repeat purchase rate
• LTV
• Revenue per recipient
• Open rate, CTR, conversion
• Churn & engagement
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, CTAs, timing, and offers
• Use insights to continuously improve performance

Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product teams
• Align messaging with paid campaigns and website promotions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
