Retention Marketing Lead

As a Retention Marketing Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing retention marketing strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing retention marketing strategies across various channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. - Analyzing customer behavior, segmenting audiences, and creating personalized campaigns to improve repeat purchase rates and reduce churn. - Collaborating with the tech team to leverage automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms for campaign optimization. - Monitoring KPIs including customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, churn reduction, and ROI on marketing initiatives. - Working closely with the business team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. - Generating actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to continuously improve retention strategies.
