As an experienced Retention Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing retention marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing retention marketing strategies across various channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. - Analyzing customer behavior, segmenting audiences, and creating personalized campaigns to enhance repeat purchase rates and decrease churn. - Collaborating with the tech team to utilize automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms for optimizing marketing campaigns. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer retention rate, repeat purchase rate, churn reduction, and ROI on marketing initiatives. - Working closely with the business team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth. - Generating actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to continually improve retention strategies.
