Role Overview

We are seeking an operations professional to manage partner engagement, quote creation, and renewal coordination in the SaaS/software industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract review, pipeline forecasting, and customer/partner collaboration to ensure timely and accurate renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Coordination:

    Engage with channel partners to collect purchase orders (POs) and renewal quotes from customers.
  • Quote Creation:

    • Read and interpret contracts to prepare accurate quotes.
    • Ensure all pricing, terms, and conditions are correct before submission.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Handle customer queries related to renewals, quotes, and contract terms.
    • Ensure timely follow-up for quote/PO collection to close renewals on time.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with account managers, inside sales teams, and partners to achieve retention goals.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Forecast renewal pipelines, track progress, and address delays or risks.
  • Retention Focus:

    Support customer retention targets through timely renewal processing and partner engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the IT/SaaS/software industry.
  • At least 3 years in renewals, retention, customer success, or inside sales roles.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret contracts for accurate quote preparation.
  • Experience in

    quote creation and purchase order management

    .
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer and partner interaction.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to forecast and track renewal pipelines effectively.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.

  • 100% accuracy in quote creation.
  • Timely closure of renewal pipelines.
  • On-time collection of quotes/POs from customers.
  • Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
