Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Thrissur. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities also include maintaining store appearance, liaising with brand representatives, and achieving sales targets. The manager will play a key role in fostering a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service and communication.
