In the capacity of a full-time Retail Store Manager in Thrissur, your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, supervising staff, and implementing strategies for retail loss prevention. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining the store's appearance, collaborating with brand representatives, and achieving set sales targets. Central to your position will be the task of enhancing the shopping experience through outstanding customer service and effective communication. Additionally, experience and proficiency in store management, retail loss prevention, leadership, and team management are essential.
