The brand is Gen-Z focused, meticulously designing and manufacturing all styles in-house, and selling directly to consumers and through marketplaces. Freakins aims to provide trendy, comfortable denim wear for women, ensuring each garment is an extension of one’s personality.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff. Duties include driving sales, maintaining inventory levels, executing store promotions, handling customer service issues, and implementing retail loss prevention measures to minimize theft and fraud. The role also involves continuous communication with the corporate office to align store operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Store Management skills to effectively oversee daily store operations
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high level of shopper gratification
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
• Retail Loss Prevention skills to protect against shrinkage and theft
• Proven experience in a retail management role is preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous
