Role Description We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for an on-site role located in New Delhi. The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining excellence in customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling store management tasks, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The manager will also be tasked with communicating effectively with customers and staff to create a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills Effective Communication skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Experience in retail management is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial
