Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an R&D Manager - Fabrics located in Gurugram. The R&D Manager will be responsible for leading research and development initiatives to innovate and improve fabric quality. Daily tasks include conducting research, managing projects, and meeting deadlines and quality standards. The R&D Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering
• Experience in fabric development
