The store executive is responsible for driving daily sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role involves product guidance, on-floor customer engagement, inventory handling, POS transactions, maintaining visual standards, and supporting all day-to-day retail activities.
* Assist customers, provide product recommendations, and close sales
* Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and merchandise organisation
* Manage billing, POS entries, and basic stockroom operations
* Support stock counts, replenishment, and overall store upkeep
* Coordinate with the store manager for daily targets and operational tasks
* Minimum HSC pass
* Experience in apparel retail is preferred; activewear or outdoor category experience is a strong plus
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills
* Energetic, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Candidates residing in Central Mumbai or easily commutable to Thane
