Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Retail Business Development- New exclusive stores (EBOs).
  • Lead generation, sourcing of suitable stores in the mapped and upcoming clusters for the region.
  • Hiring store manpower & management of store staff
  • Identifying new opportunities like non- traditional outlets/chains and tie up.
  • Negotiation of the LOI , Preparation of necessary documents for internal approvals
  • Agreement negotiations and finalization.
  • Activity calendar and execution for the region.
  • Carry out foot fall generation activities (BTL) as per the budget allocation so as to achieve the store targets.
  • Retail planning / merchandising

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Must have experience in opening new EBOs/ Franchise Outlets.

  2. Managed COCO & FOFO Stores.

  3. Territory Managed: Maharashtra & Gujarat.
