Role & responsibilities: Retail Business Development- New exclusive stores (EBOs). Lead generation, sourcing of suitable stores in the mapped and upcoming clusters for the region. Hiring store manpower & management of store staff Identifying new opportunities like non- traditional outlets/chains and tie up. Negotiation of the LOI , Preparation of necessary documents for internal approvals Agreement negotiations and finalization. Activity calendar and execution for the region. Carry out foot fall generation activities (BTL) as per the budget allocation so as to achieve the store targets. Retail planning / merchandising Preferred candidate profile: Must have experience in opening new EBOs/ Franchise Outlets. Managed COCO & FOFO Stores. Territory Managed: Maharashtra & Gujarat.
