Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about the products.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the Boutique Manager.

Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Operations:

• Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining cleanliness and product displays.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory control and restocking shelves as needed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Boutique Manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights to enhance customer experience and sales
• performance.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with product features, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Attend product training sessions and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance team performance.

Sales Reporting:

• Accurately process transactions and maintain records of daily sales.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate degree is preferred.
