Retail Sales Representative

Were looking for an approachable, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to be the face of our business.
In this in-person role, youll welcome customers, handle their enquiries, provide information about our products or services, and ensure everyone who visits us has a positive experience.Youll represent our brand on the front line resolving issues, offering guidance, and helping customers find the right solutions quickly and professionally.Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, ensuring a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and policies.
• Process transactions, forms, or service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
• Support other departments by relaying customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Follow company procedures for data protection, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
