Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate with strong interpersonal and selling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, be customer-focused, and able to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and styling advice, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory organization
• Meet or exceed sales targets by applying effective selling techniques
• Handle billing, payments, and basic store management functions
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with store operations, including stock management and order processing
• Support promotional events and in-store displays to enhance brand visibility

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in fashion retail, preferably in ethnic or women’s wear
• Strong selling skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment
• Passion for ethnic fashion and awareness of current fashion trends
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
