Retail Sales Representative

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases. Additionally, you will recommend and upsell products to meet customer needs, maintain product displays and stock levels, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Handling returns and exchanges as per company policy, keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization will also be part of your duties.
