Urgent Opening for Retail Sales Representative Jammu Karnal & Sirhind Location

Retail Sales Representative Parts & Oil

Reports to: Area Head

Function: Parts Business / Distribution

Experience – Minimum 2 to 3 year of relevant experience of automobile spare parts / oil industry , should have own laptop , own two wheeler

Educational qualification: Preferred B.E/ B.Tech. / Any graduate

Salary : 25000/- to 30000/- in Hand

Role Purpose

The Hub Head is responsible for driving secondary sales, distribution excellence, retailer network expansion, and demand generation activities within the assigned territory. The role ensures strong market execution by leading DSRs, engaging with retailers and PGMs, and coordinating with APS and dealer partners to deliver superior service levels and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Achievement & Market Growth

  • Deliver secondary sales targets for Parts and Oil across the assigned territory.

  • Drive penetration and range selling by ensuring wider reach and deeper product availability at retailer and PGM outlets.

  • Monitor DSR performance, provide on-ground guidance, and ensure disciplined sales execution.

2. Retailer & PGM Engagement

  • Conduct joint market visits with DSRs to activate and strengthen engagement with automobile parts and oil retailers / PGMs.

  • Expand the retail footprint by identifying and appointing new parts & oil retailers as per territory potential.

  • Build strong relationships with retailers to drive loyalty, availability, and throughput.

3. Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the single point of escalation for dealer, APS, retailer, and market-level issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and APS to ensure timely resolution and clear communication to all stakeholders.

  • Track recurring issues and implement preventive actions to improve service quality.

4. Demand Generation & Outreach Programs

  • Plan and execute mechanic engagement initiatives such as mechanic meets, stall campaigns, and other demand generation activities.

  • Strengthen mechanic connect to improve off-take for parts and oil.

5. Digital / TruChamp Activation

  • Improve adoption of the TruChamp app at PGM and retailer levels.

  • Drive registrations, engagement, and usage to enhance mechanic loyalty and program effectiveness.

  • Track digital KPIs and ensure consistent growth in usage metrics.

6. Supply Chain & Service Level Performance

  • Ensure APS delivers targeted parts supply service levels to dealers.

  • Review fill-rate gaps, coordinate with APS for timely replenishment, and drive improvements in parts availability.

  • Monitor order placement discipline and ensure optimal inventory planning at the dealer end.
