Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead our clinic’s retail department and elevate the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong background in sales, with proven experience in achieving and surpassing targets.
• Be highly interactive and engaging with clients, ensuring personalized attention and fostering long-term relationships.
• Take full ownership of the retail segment, including inventory management, merchandising, and driving revenue through innovative strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the clinic team to seamlessly integrate retail offerings with our core services, enhancing the overall client journey.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, addressing feedback proactively and implementing best practices.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
