Job Description

We are Hiring…

Job Specification – Retail Sales Manager

Place: Vytila, Ernakulam

Manage day-to-day showroom operations
Lead and guide the retail sales team
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales Target
Handling customer experience and feedback
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain for seamless operations.
Implement promotions to boost walk-ins.
Personal Attributes: Result-oriented, Energetic and proactive, High sense of ownership, Problem-solving mind-set
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
Work Experience: 5–8 years of experience in B2C retail sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or home décor industry.
Skills and Competencies: Leadership and team management, Customer relationship management, Sales planning and target setting, Strong communication skills
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Travelling : Travel for client visits, competitor analysis, training, or brand events. Primarily showroom-based role.
