Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage the sales team, and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining store standards.This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets
• Monitor store performance and sales KPIs
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
• Handle customer issues and resolve escalations
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail sales or store management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
