Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Manager based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, training employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and reporting sales performance.
