Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Retail Sales Manager will manage day-to-day store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, and oversee sales staff performance, including setting sales goals and evaluating employee performance. Additionally, the role includes maintaining inventory controls, preparing budgets, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
