Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Kochi. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage sales staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, coaching team members, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing sales strategies. The role also requires building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Strong skills in Retail Sales, Sales, and Customer Experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Proven track record in managing and motivating a sales team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus
