Retail Sales Manager

As a Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic and market development initiatives to support the growth of the franchise network. Your key responsibilities include: Formulating and implementing a franchise expansion strategy that is in line with the business goals. This involves conducting thorough market analysis to identify high-potential regions, assess competition, and understand growth trends. Leading lead generation and outreach efforts by sourcing potential franchisees through various channels such as events, referrals, online platforms, and cold outreach. You will be responsible for qualifying leads through initial screening, presentations, and consistent follow-up communication. Managing the onboarding and training process for new franchisees, which includes overseeing training programs, site selection, and assisting with business setup. Collaboration with operations, marketing, and training teams is essential to ensure seamless brand integration. Providing ongoing support and guidance to franchisees by conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards. Monitoring performance metrics, addressing any operational issues, and assisting franchisees in optimizing their operations are key aspects of this role. Building and nurturing relationships with franchisees to proactively address concerns and foster a positive working environment. Identifying growth opportunities for franchisees, including upgrades or multi-unit expansion, is crucial for driving network growth.
