Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager located in Surat. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and achieving targets. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising sales staff, managing inventory levels, and developing strategies to improve customer experience and store performance.
