Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee our daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a proven track record in retail sales, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
• Strong sales, customer service, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail sales software
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
