Retail Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You’ll be expected to maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, and help with merchandising and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels.
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer them to management as needed.
• Follow all company procedures related to cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
