Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Dehradun. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in selecting products, ensure excellent customer service, and meet sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, assisting with displays, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience while contributing to the ongoing success of Kicks Machine.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
• In-depth Product Knowledge and understanding of Sneakers, Streetwear, and Accessories
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in retail or related fields is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales training are a bonus
