Role Description Kicks Machine is looking for a full-time on-site Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with any inquiries they may have. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone, email or chat, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction. The role will be based in Rajpur Road Dehradun. Location Rajpur Road Dehradun Uttarakhand Qualifications Customer Support Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to empathize with customers Analytical Skills to identify and solve customer problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi Experience with Customer Support software Able to multitask and work well under pressure Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent experience Freshers are welcome Relevant experience in the e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry is highly beneficial Show more Show less
