Retail Salesperson

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve achieving Sales Volumes and working capital norms, managing the COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) store to ensure the desired brand image is projected, and driving exceptional Customer Satisfaction and experience. You will be responsible for Showroom Administration, upkeep, and adherence to display protocols, handling System Management including order booking, inventory, and reporting, as well as Transaction Accounting. Additionally, you will be managing the sales staff and support team, and liaising between the store, branch office, and HO for smooth daily operations. Your creativity will be key in initiating innovative activities to create excitement and generate customer pull. Qualification Required: - Essential: Graduate in any discipline.
