As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our field operations and drive growth in the baby products or pharmaceuticals sector. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence across retail channels. -Manage field sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. -Build strong relationships with distributors, retail outlets, and others required. -Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights. -Ensure optimal stock availability, display standards, and promotional execution at store level. -Coordinate with marketing and product teams to plan retail campaigns and activations. -Train and supervise field sales executives and distributor sales teams. -Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence. Requirements: -3–5 years of proven experience in retail field sales, preferably in baby care or pharmaceutical products. -Strong understanding of distribution models and FMCG/OTC product dynamics. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. -Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. -Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
