Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies. Knowledge of furniture products and industry trends. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and ensure the showroom is well-stocked with products. Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
