Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing the right products.
• Develop strong product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and promotions.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic cashiering as required.
• Ensure proper store upkeep, attractive product displays, and stock management.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and during festive seasons.
• Experience in retail/jewellery sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply.
