Position Overview

Soni Sapphire is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in product selection.

Provide detailed information on product features, offers, and promotions.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.

Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.

Support billing, stock management, and other day-to-day store operations.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

Gender: Male & Female candidates are welcome.

Skills: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, presentable personality, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance and interview).

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives of ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (Store operational hours).

Locations Available: Lajpat Nagar / South Extension / Noida Sector 50 / Rajouri Garden
