We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at our Lucknow store. Job Title: Retail Sales Executive Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail sales (preferably in baby/kids/apparel/lifestyle products) Job Summary: The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping parents find the best products for their children. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information and recommendations.    Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide excellent post-sales support. Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Promote and upsell products to maximize sales. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers. Participate in sales events and promotions. Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Ensure accurate stock replenishment and merchandising. Assist with inventory management and stock checks. Adhere to store policies and procedures. Assist with visual merchandising. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Firstcry.com products and brands. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Attend product training sessions. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge.    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a team player.
