Retail Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Retail Sales Partner at Bontrue, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities include: - Welcome customers with a smile, greet them courteously, and identify their needs without directly asking about their budget. - Recommend and help customers locate the right furniture products. - Describe product features and benefits clearly to customers. - Explain scheme details and additional benefits like the BPS policy. - Answer customer queries and provide information on Features, Advantages & Benefits (FAB) of the products. - Cross-sell additional products if customers express interest. - Note down requirements in the Customer Feedback Book for products that are not available. - Follow up with customers who show interest but do not make immediate purchases. - Collect feedback from non-buying customers and report any negative feedback to Store Admin. - Submit any lost items found in the store to the cash counter with the Store Admin.
