Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile MJ GOLD ENTERPRISES / NEXORA EDGE Job Title: Operation Manager Department: Operations Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Job Summary The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operational process of the company from planning and coordination to execution and performance monitoring. The role ensures all departments (Sales, Warehouse, Collection, Admin, and Service) function efficiently, maintaining smooth business flow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations Planning & Coordination Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations. Coordinate between departments (Sales, Warehouse, Admin, Finance, Service) to ensure seamless workflow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans and reports. Manage logistics, delivery schedules, and collection routes effectively. 2. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, motivate, and monitor staff performance across departments. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders (Sales, Admin, Accountant, Drivers, Technicians). Assign duties, set targets, and ensure task completion within deadlines. Provide training and guidance to improve efficiency and teamwork. 3. Sales & Collection Support Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are met. Oversee customer order processing, invoice preparation, and product dispatch. Coordinate with Collection In-charge to ensure timely payments and account reconciliation. 4. Inventory & Warehouse Management Ensure proper inventory control, stock movement, and documentation. Verify inward and outward stock entries. Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper product handling and timely delivery. 5. Quality & Service Control Ensure product quality, service standard, and operational excellence. Oversee customer complaints and service follow-ups until resolution. Coordinate with the technical/service team for installations and maintenance. 6. Financial & Administrative Control Support in monitoring operational expenses and cost efficiency. Approve purchase requests, supplier coordination, and petty cash usage. Maintain and verify all operational documentation and reports. 7. Reporting & Performance Review Submit daily operation updates and weekly performance reports to management. Analyze operational data and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly operation summary and KPI reports. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or team management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and team coordination apps (FieldEx / Google Workspace).
