Role & responsibilities Purchase Order Management Supplier Coordination Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain purchase order data in the inventory management system. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchase order status, inventory levels, and supplier performance. Compliance: Ensure all purchase orders comply with company policies and procedures. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly. Process Improvement mindsent Preferred candidate profile Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
