Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers at the boutique. Present and explain jewellery collections with product knowledge and confidence. Build long-term relationships with clients and offer personalized service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth. Maintain store displays and inventory presentation standards. Support social media or event activities when required. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery, fashion, or luxury preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and customer-first approach. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
