Position Overview: The H etvi Luxury Sales Lead / Sales Executive plays a dual role of driving premium customer experiences and supporting sales operations within a luxury Home & Decor environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for high-end home design. This role combines hands-on sales excellence with leadership support to ensure seamless day-to-day store functioning and superior client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Sales & Customer Experience Deliver personalized and consultative sales experiences to every client. Understand clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic preferences to recommend suitable décor and furnishing solutions. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients through regular engagement and follow-ups. Leadership & Operations Support the Store in daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Supervise the sales team during shifts — ensure adherence to brand presentation and service standards. Lead by example in achieving sales goals and maintaining a luxury retail atmosphere. Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. Brand Representation Uphold brand values and luxury standards at all times. Maintain deep product knowledge, including materials, craftsmanship, and design inspirations. Assist in organizing in-store events, client presentations, and visual merchandising updates. Customer Relationship Management Capture client data and maintain CRM records to support personalized marketing initiatives. Follow up with clients for post-purchase satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail , preferably in home decor, furniture, or lifestyle segments. Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Excellent aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury interiors. Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic MS Office. Key Competencies: Customer-centric with strong relationship-building ability. Confident communicator and persuasive sales professional. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
