Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the store by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases. It will be your responsibility to recommend and upsell products to meet customer needs, maintain product displays and stock levels, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Handling returns and exchanges according to company policy will also be part of your duties. It is imperative to stay updated with product knowledge and promotions, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and provide sales and customer feedback to management. Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
